Our client’s expanding business required additional space. After reviewing options, the best solution was to replace the existing structure with a two story building encompassing office and shop spaces along with a private outdoor terrace. The use of agricultural materials and forms provide a nod to the rural context of the McMinnville areas while the interiors and detailing provide a contemporary feel.
